Why I Created This Program...

I found out I was pregnant with our second baby girl in November 2023. With a toddler and now a newborn baby on the way, I knew I would need to restructure how I do my coaching business, what my services would look like, and how I could still help women achieve life-long health and wellness without being tied to my laptop hours a day with private coaching calls...

 

I recognize the value, education and accountability 1:1 coaching has to offer compared to doing something completely on your own. While yes, with this program, you're missing out on the face-to-face interactions with me as your coach, I knew I could still find a way to give you 100% of my expertise, education, guidance and support by creating this Coaching Vault. Introducing the Foundations Coaching Vault...

 

Ultimately, I created this self-paced nutrition program because I wanted to provide a way to still help as many women as possible, all at once, and at a more affordable rate (compared to hiring me for 1:1 private coaching). As I approach my maternity leave and close my 1:1 private coaching for the foreseeable future, I am confident this program will provide you with the same level of guidance, support, expertise, education and coaching you'd normally receive through private coaching, but in less time, with less money, and basically have access to my brain anytime, anywhere you need it.
