You may have heard things like “Whatever you were doing before is fine to continue during pregnancy; if you were active prior to getting pregnant, you can resume your training after conceiving, etc.”
While generally speaking, this is true – there are actually quite a few exercise considerations during pregnancy you will want to consider throughout your strength training program.
