More About Me.

I’m April—a wife, a mom to the sweetest little girl, a certified fitness coach, and an outdoor-loving traveler. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Food and am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Behavior Change Coach. My passion for health and wellness began early, but my personal fitness journey took off in 2015—years before becoming a CPT—when I lost and maintained 20 pounds through sustainable lifestyle changes. Now, postpartum and navigating a whole new phase, my mission to support women in their health journeys is stronger than ever.

I know how confusing and overwhelming fitness and nutrition can be—with endless diets, trendy workouts, and 30-day challenges promising quick results. My coaching is about cutting through the noise. I teach foundational nutrition principles and sustainable fitness strategies that empower you to achieve results you can actually maintain—for life.

I Can Help You If...

You're looking for realistic, long-term solutions to health and fitness and not another quick fix. My coaching is designed for women who are ready to feel better, eat better, and live better without the extremes.

You want nutrition to match your fitness goals

Whether you're looking to get stronger, leaner, or improve performance, you're struggling to fuel your body in a way that supports your training.

You're over food guilt and crash diets

You're ready to let go of food rules, cheat days, and all-or-nothing thinking. You want a flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that actually works in real life.
